Solvent Recovery Stills

Solvent stills are available as an accessory to any Ultra-Kool degreaser. Standard sizes are 10, 15, 30, 60, 90, 120, 240 and 360 gallons per hour. Stills are either steam or electrically heated. An "in-line" still can quickly pay for itself in recoverable solvent, less production downtime, cleaner parts and less disposable sludge.

11 gauge type 304 stainless steel tank-heliarc welded.

11/2 insulation with 20 gauge type 340 stainless steel wrapper.

Extra large stainless steel water separator.

NEMA 1 electric enclosure with deluxe control panel.

Modulation energy control.

Automatic solvent level and transfer pump system.

Primary refrigeration available to replace water cooling requirements.

Extends the time between machine cleanouts, and in some cases, can eliminate the need entirely.

Stills are available for use with any existing degreaser or retrofit package.
