RBS - Rotating Basket System

Ultra-Kool, Inc. is now offering a Rotating Basket System which can operate in conjunction with the ALS - Automated Lift Systems. The RBS Rotating Basket System is designed to help customers reduce dragout solvent consumption, thereby effecting compliance with the new NESHAP Regulations. The RBS provides gentle and consistent load tumbling resulting in reduced dragout, solvent cost savings, and reduced labor costs. This performance package provides a highly reliable and reproducible parts cleaning solution.

        The use of lightweight tubing products allows Ultra-Kool Inc. to provide a very strong and functional Rotating Basket System which in some cases is less than one fourth the weight of existing designs which handle the same load. Various drives are available to power the basket, including air motors, DC gearmotors and AC gearmotors. The customer can select the configuration which best suits the particular application. Many different designs are available to suit different load configurations, load weights and degreaser sizes.
