HES - High Efficiency System

There are many variations of the "Total Enclosure" package available in the vapor degreaser industry. They all add to the efficiency of the unit, but in most cases they create a maintenance problem when servicing the degreaser. ULTRA-KOOL's High Efficiency System is unique in that when you need to service the machine you can easily unlatch the HES and move the unit from under the freestanding cabinet. This allows maintenance to be handled quickly with minimum impact on your production schedule. Another feature, the clear access door, allows the operator to monitor the cleaning process at all times. The door over the machine can be opened to facilitate hand spraying when needed. The addition of an optional spray manifold can eliminate the need for the operator to be over the solvent section of the tank. The ALS - Automatic Lift System is integral to the HES, and when combined with "COLD TRAP"® or COLD TRAP PLUS™ fume control technology, creates a machine that is as efficient as any available today. This system enables you to meet EPA and NESHAP's Regulations, and also protect your OSHA commitment to your workers.
