ALS-50 Automatic Lift System

Ultra-Kool Inc., is now offering an Automated Lift System - ALS-50 which can operate in conjunction with any number of cleaning systems. The ALS-50 has been designed to help customers comply with all the new NESHAP Regulations. The ALS-50 provides automated load handling, which reduces solvent losses and labor costs, and results in high quality reproducible cleaning performance. The ALS-50 has the capability of being programmed with a teaching pendant and requires no knowledge of computer programming. The ALS-50 is taught a motion sequence by simply locating the load basket at each desired position and pressing a single key, then dialing up a dwell time at each position if necessary. Numerous programs can be stored and then selected by the operator on the control. Many different accessories are available, including rotating baskets, stainless baskets, and specialized handling tools.
